Travelling with a dog at Repotel hotels: General conditions for welcoming dogs

 

This policy is designed to ensure a harmonious experience between guests, dogs and on-site staff.

 

  • Only dogs are permitted. No other animals (cats, exotic pets, etc.) are allowed for hygiene and maintenance reasons.
  • A maximum of one dog per room is permitted.
  • Dogs are allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms, subject to availability.
  • A fixed fee of $40 per night + taxes applies per dog.
  • Dogs must be clean, well-trained, calm and under the owner’s control at all times.
  • Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their dog to the room or hotel facilities. 
  • Pet waste must be collected and disposed of in designated outdoor bins.
  • Guests must bring their own pet supplies (bowls, bedding, leash, collar, blankets, etc.), as these are not provided by the hotel

Safety and Behavior Guidelines

 

  • For the safety of the dog, other guests and staff, dogs must never be left unattended in the room, even if placed in a crate.
  • Outside the room, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, both indoors and outdoors on the property.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse or terminate a stay if this policy is not respected, or if the dog’s behavior affects the comfort, safety or tranquility of the premises. Additional charges may be added to the final invoice if necessary.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, dogs are restricted from certain areas of the property.

  • Designated outdoor areas around the hotel
  • Circulation areas required to access guest room
  • Nearby outdoor trails or public spaces accessible from the property

(except for recognized service dogs)

 

  • Dining rooms and indoor food service areas
  • Meeting rooms
  • Wellness or relaxation areas
  • Indoor recreational facilities
  • Motorized vehicles or equipment

Service dogs

 

 

Recognized service dogs are permitted in accordance with applicable regulations and may access areas normally restricted to pets.


Service dogs must wear visible identification, such as a harness, badge or scarf displaying the logo of the organization that trained the dog.

Dog acceptance is subject to availability and must be confirmed at the time of booking.
